Since 2017, Orange1 Rally has transformed this passion into tangible opportunities, creating dedicated pathways to help those who want to get on track and perform at their best. The journey began with Pietro Ometto, establishing a method that combines training, hands-on experience, and practical application on the rally stage.

In 2024, Orange1 For Women was launched with a clear mission: to promote female empowerment in motorsport, a traditionally male-dominated environment. The program provides young co-drivers with concrete tools to refine their skills, strategies, and techniques, with tests, courses, and on-track training. Every kilometer covered becomes an opportunity to grow and prepare for the challenges of competition.

In 2025, opportunities turned into tangible results: Deborah partnered with gentleman driver Armando Donazzan during the Orange1 Rally Gentleman Driver Experience, immediately applying what she learned in the course; Nicolò Lazzarini, together with Deborah, was the most deserving participant of the 2025 Navigators Course, demonstrating passion, commitment and ability to apply what he had learned.
